The owner Vera Zilli - International Chef - offers to the guests a wide range of dishes based on trout, sea food, lamb, widgeon, duck magret, Angola's chicken and Frescal (a typical meat), along with typical dishes from Santa Catarina Highlands.
The kitchen is interactive and allow guests to help the Chef to choose the daily menu.
